Terms of Use

The game “Pufiki” · Version of November 4, 2026

1. What this document is

These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of the game “Pufiki” (“we”). The owner of the game: Zentrik Games studio. Contact us: support@zentrik.games or the /paysupport command in the game’s bot.

The game runs as a Telegram Mini App. By tapping “Start!” on the first screen and confirming that you agree to the rules, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the game. In addition to our terms, the Telegram Terms of Service and the Terms for Mini Apps also apply.

2. Age and parents

• The game is made for children and teenagers, but you may use it only from the age at which Telegram allows you to use its service in your country.
• If you are under 18, you may make purchases with Telegram Stars only with the permission of a parent or another legal guardian. If you are under 14, you may use the game with a parent’s consent.
• For parents, the game has a “⚙️ For parents & settings” section: purchase history, the amount spent this month, a monthly spending limit, and a switch to turn off reminders from the bot.
• A parent can ask us to delete a child’s data at any time — see section 11 and the Privacy Policy.

3. Account

• Your game account is linked to your Telegram account. You don’t need a separate login or password.
• One person — one game account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or bought.
• You are responsible for access to your Telegram account. We do not restore progress lost because you lost access to Telegram.

4. In-game items

Coins 🪙, crystals 💎, energy ⚡, hype, items, skins, pets and other game objects are parts of the game. We give you a personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use them inside the game.

• In-game items are not money, property or electronic means of payment. They can’t be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money or Telegram Stars.
• Crystals can be earned in the game for free. When you buy something in the game, crystals are spent instead of Stars at a rate of 1 💎 = 1 ⭐.
• We may change the game balance: rewards, prices in game currency, and game mechanics. If a change reduces the value of something already bought with Stars, we will warn you about it in the game in advance or offer compensation.

5. Purchases with Telegram Stars

• All purchases in the game are paid only with Telegram Stars in Telegram’s built-in payment window. We do not receive your bank card details.
• The price is shown before you pay and is the same for all players. We do not raise prices for people who have paid before.
• The odds of getting things from chests, the wheel, item merging and other random mechanics are shown in the game (the ⓘ “Odds and rules” button). These are the same odds the server uses.
• Purchased digital content is delivered right after payment. If something didn’t arrive, write to us — we will check and add what is missing.
• Another person (a friend or a parent) can pay for a purchase as a gift using a link from the game. Before paying, they see exactly what they are giving and for how much.
• Paid boosts (merge insurance, super strike, revenge, etc.) are off by default and have daily limits shown in the game.

6. VIP subscription

• VIP is a 30-day subscription paid with Telegram Stars. It renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel it.
• You can cancel the subscription at any time in Telegram: Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions. After you cancel, VIP keeps working until the end of the paid period.
• The current price and what VIP includes are shown in the game before you subscribe.

7. Refunds

• If a purchase was made by mistake or without a parent’s permission, contact us via /paysupport in the bot or at support@zentrik.games. Include the date and name of the purchase from the history in the “For parents” section.
• We review every request and, if the request is justified, refund the Stars through Telegram.
• After a refund, the cost of the purchase is deducted from your crystals (the balance may temporarily go below zero and is paid back from game rewards), and VIP is turned off. The account is not blocked and the game stays available.
• Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

8. Ads and tasks

• In the game, you can choose to watch video ads for a reward (no more than 10 per day). The ads are shown by our partner Adsgram. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, but you can report an inappropriate video to us.
• Tasks like “subscribe to a channel” are optional. The reward is given after the bot checks the subscription.
• The game does not require you to send invitations or spam your friends in order to keep playing.

9. Communication and clans

• Other players see your Telegram name, your pet’s name and look, your hype, your room and your clan — in the leaderboard, in friends lists, in pranks and in boss fights.
• Pranks and “robberies” take away only game coins and do not affect your Telegram account in any way.
• If you add the bot to a group chat, a clan is created for that chat. The bot posts boss announcements and fight results in the chat and responds to the /clan command.

10. What is not allowed

• Using cheats, bots, scripts, bugs or vulnerabilities to get an advantage. If you find a bug, tell us — it helps.
• Giving pets and clans offensive, rude or adult names, or names containing other people’s personal details; pretending to be other people or the game’s administrators.
• Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards or referrals, or to help yourself.
• Selling, buying or transferring accounts and in-game items for money or anything else outside the game.
• Interfering with the game and its servers.

For violations, we may rename a pet or clan, cancel rewards obtained unfairly, or temporarily or permanently restrict access to the game. We tell you about serious measures in the bot and explain the reason. If you disagree, write to us.

11. Ending use

• You can stop playing at any time. To turn off reminders, use the /stop command in the bot. To delete your data, use the /deletedata command in the bot.
• When an account is deleted, all progress and in-game items are deleted permanently and without compensation.
• If we decide to shut down the game, we will warn players in the game and in the bot at least 30 days in advance and stop accepting payments. We will refund active VIP subscriptions for the unused period.

12. Liability

• We try to keep the game running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee it. There may be maintenance, or outages of Telegram, hosting or the network.
• If a paid purchase is lost because of a failure on our side, we will restore it or refund the Stars.
• Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of Stars you spent in the game over the last 6 months. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version date is shown at the top of the page. We will tell you about significant changes in the game or in the bot in advance. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, it means you agree to them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, unless the law of the country where you live gives you stronger protection. First, write to us — we resolve most issues by correspondence. If we can’t reach an agreement, the dispute will be heard by the court determined by law.
